This is one of the key areas of my practice. I have extensive experience assisting clients in establishing their business in Romania and in handling legal and regulatory hurdles in their day-to-day operations.

I render a wide range of services, such as the negotiation and drafting of sale, supply, distribution, warehousing, rental, leasing, insurance, mortgage, and services agreements, and counselling on all legal aspects of my clients’ commercial transactions.

I represent and assist clients before public authorities such as the National Tax Administration Agency, town halls, county councils, ministries, and deconcentrated public services. I also assist concerning bank loans.
